If you are reading this, unfortunately something has gone wrong or guidance is needed. Our goal is to make all Morpholio apps effortless to use, but despite our best intentions, technology can be challenging. Below are some of the most frequently asked questions (FAQ).

All Apps


Q: Can I download your apps to my desktop?
A: Not yet. Currently, all of our apps are solely accessible on apple ios devices.

Q: Are your apps available for Android?
A: Not yet. We are developing our apps in Android to be released in the near future.

Q: How can I delete my account?
A: Log in to your account online via the link below, click “Account” and follow deletion instructions.

Q: How can I change my password?
A: Log in to your account online via the link below and click “Change Password”.

Q: How do I retrieve my password?
A: Submit the email address used to create your Morpholio account to link below and we’ll send you your password.

Q: Can I change my email address associated with my account?
A: Yes. Email us with your request to change your email address.

Q: Are there step by step guides?
A: Not at this time. Each app has a series of short introductory videos found in the app itself under settings. These provide familiarity with key functionality but are not a step by step guide. In Trace quick tips are found in the "?" button. In Board these short tutorials are found in the "x" button and then selecting 'Help'.

Q: What can I do if I made a purchase and it's not showing up?
A: Each in-app purchase area has a 'Restore' button that will recover all items for which you’ve previously paid

Q: Can I sync live content across devices?
A: Not at this time.

Q: How do I turn off auto renewal
A: To cancel the auto-renewal for your subscription:
1. Go into your settings.
2. Tap on iTunes & App Stores.
3. Tap on your Apple ID at the top.
4. View Apple ID.
5. Tap the Manage button under Subscriptions.



Board


Q: Can I save multiple Boards?
A: Yes. You can store and re-edit Boards within the app by hitting the projects button on the top left. This is also where you retrieve your saved boards.

Q: Can I copy an image from one Board to another?
A: Not at this time.

Q: Can I edit text after it has been placed on the Board?
A: Not at this time. Once text has been place on the Board, it is no longer editable. You may delete it.

Q: Can I broadcast my Boards via social media or email?
A: Yes. Completed Boards can be exported by tapping the Share icon on the top right of the screen.

Q: Can I add my own font?
A: Not at this time. Only preset fonts are available for use in Board.

Q: Can I save my Board as a JPEG?
A: Yes. All files exported from Board are saved as JPEGs.

Q: How do I set up an account so my Boards are saved?
A: You do not need to set up an account to save your Boards to your device. Please note Boards do not sync and it is always recommended to save backup jpgs to your photo library. Lastly, Signing-in or creating a Morpholio Account will give you access to the images you saved to the MyMorpholio cloud for your use in Board. You can sign in or create a Morpholio account within the app by tapping the Image Selection icon and hitting “Morpholio”.



Trace


Q: Can I rearrange the order of my layers?
A: Yes. Long Press the Layer you want to rearrange until it pops up slightly. Then drag up or down within the layer bar.

Q: Can I remove a background image after tracing it?
A: Yes. Select “Blank” under the add image icon in the app.

Q: Is there a stylus that works best?
A: For the iPad Pro we highly recommend the Apple Pencil (http://www.apple.com/apple-pencil/). For other devices we do not endorse any particular stylus and each of us have our preferences.

Q: Can I save my sketches in an editable file format?
A: Yes. Go to the projects section Trace sketches can only be exported as JPEGs.

Q: How can I import PDFs?
A: Under the add images button select "cloud drives" then "locations." You can also import PDFs through Dropbox or your email by clicking on the PDF you wish to import and then hitting the export button. Then hit 'Open in Trace.'



Morpholio


Q: Is my work automatically made public?
A: No. To make a collection public, tap the Globe icon.

Q: How do I get my collections to sync on all of my devices?
A: All Morpholio collections are automatically synced when you sign into your account on any device.If they are not syncing properly there may have been an issue with your download. Please delete and re-install.

Q: What are the restrictions to size limits/ image dimensions?
A: Each image can be no larger than 5MB.

Q: How do I delete images from mymorpholio?
A: When adding images to a collection, unused images can be deleted by selecting "Edit" on the top right.



Exhibit


Q: How do I lock the collection so that no one can click out?
A: Once in the collection you want to lock hit the "Hide Tools" button and type your password.

Q: Can my collections run on a timed sequence?
A: Not at this time.

Q: What are the restrictions to size limits/ image dimensions?
A: 5mb max upload size.

Q: How do I share my portfolio across multiple devices?
A: All Morpholio collections are automatically synced when you sign into your account on any device.If they are not syncing properly there may have been an issue with your download. Please delete and re-install.

Q: Can I display videos?
A: Not at this time.

Q: Will the presentation time out and go back to thumbnails?
A: Not at this time.

Q: Can I add a description to a specific picture?
A: Not at this time.



Journal


Q: How do I delete a journal?
A: Click the library icon, right most button of bottom 4, and swipe left to delete. Note: You cannot delete your current journal so you will need to create a new one before deleting.

Q: Can I sync live journals across devices?
A: Not at this time.
